Youth Protection Policy

Last Updated: March 27, 2026

1. Goals and Basic Principles for Youth Protection

HUSH TALK implements a Youth Protection Policy based on the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and the Youth Protection Act to help youth grow into healthy individuals. We take technical and administrative protective measures to ensure that youth are protected from harmful environments and can use beneficial information.

2. Access Restrictions and Management Measures for Youth-Harmful Media

As an adult dating service, HUSH TALK may contain youth-harmful media. We strictly prohibit the registration of minors under the age of 19 and block youth from being exposed to harmful media through real-name and adult verification procedures.

3. Training for Personnel Handling Youth Protection

We regularly conduct training for service personnel on laws and protection policies related to youth protection, and how to respond when harmful information is discovered.

4. Consultation and Grievance Handling for Damage Caused by Youth-Harmful Information

We operate dedicated personnel for consultation and grievance handling for damage caused by youth-harmful information. Users can request consultation and grievance handling via the in-app reporting feature or the 'Youth Protection Officer and Manager' section below.

5. Youth Protection Officer and Manager

We have designated Youth Protection Officers and Managers as follows to protect youth from youth-harmful information.
