1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve our Service, and to fulfill our contractual obligations: Required Information upon Registration: ID, password, gender, age. User-Provided Profile Information: Name (nickname), photos, location, profile picture, and voice greeting (for female users). Optional Information: Purpose of use, language, hobbies, religion, personal style, preferred partner style, personality, occupation, background photo, profile messages, and introductory messages. Information for User Protection, Verification, and Anti-Fraud: Domestic (Korean) Users: Mobile phone number, identity verification service identifier (CI/DI). Global/Overseas Users: Image of government-issued ID card or passport (used strictly for age verification, identity confirmation, and prevention of fraudulent payments. It is securely destroyed or encrypted immediately after verification). Common: Email address, payment history, and in-app currency usage logs. Automatically Collected Information: Date of registration, app client information, last access time, location data (GPS), device type, Device ID, operating system, device language, country information, service usage logs, in-app currency consumption logs, chat logs (only when a report is filed), penalty records, and marketing consent status/date. Customer Support & Deletion Data: Date and time of account deletion. Advertising Identifiers: We may collect ADID (Android) or IDFA (iOS) to provide customized services and advertisements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes: Service Provision: To provide matchmaking services, process payments, deliver in-app currency, and maintain app functionality. User Management & Protection: To verify identity, handle customer inquiries, deliver important notices, and resolve complaints. Fraud Prevention & Legal Defense (Crucial): To prevent and block abusive or fraudulent users, to defend against malicious payment chargeback abuse, to provide evidence to app stores/payment gateways in case of disputes, and to prevent identity theft. Analytics & Marketing: To provide targeted features and advertisements, offer event participation, and analyze usage statistics to improve the Service.

3. Processing of Sensitive Information

Collected Items: Gender, age, religion, and sexual orientation information. Purpose: To provide highly customized matchmaking services. Consent: We obtain separate, explicit consent for processing sensitive information. Certain information (e.g., gender, age) may be visible to other users during the matchmaking process. Refusal: If you do not consent to the processing of sensitive information, you cannot use the Service.

4. Policy Regarding Minors

The Service is strictly restricted to individuals aged 19 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 19.

5. Sharing of Information (Third-Party Disclosures)

We do not sell or expose your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes without your prior consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose your information under the following unavoidable circumstances: Payment Disputes & Chargeback Defense: If a user requests an unjustified refund (chargeback) after consuming in-app currency, or if payment fraud is suspected, we may share device IDs, payment records, and usage logs with Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), and our Payment Gateways (PG) to prove the legitimacy of the transaction and defend our legal rights. Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or formal request from law enforcement agencies. Prior Consent: When the user has explicitly agreed to the disclosure in advance.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

To ensure smooth service operations and app stability, we entrust certain data processing tasks to the following service provider: Provider: Google LLC (Google Analytics for Firebase) Purpose: App usage statistical analysis, crash reporting, and log tracking. Retention Period: Until account deletion or termination of the entrustment contract.

7. Data Retention and Deletion (Special Provisions for Company Protection)

As a general rule, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is fulfilled or the user deletes their account. However, to protect the Company's legitimate interests against malicious users and payment fraud, we retain specific information as follows: A. Retention Based on Company Policy Retained Items: Verification identifiers (CI/DI), Device ID, payment and currency consumption logs, report/penalty history, and account deletion records of restricted users. Purpose: To permanently block banned users from re-registering, prevent identity/payment fraud, and resolve app store chargeback disputes. Retention Period: 5 years from the date of account deletion. (Encrypted identifiers of permanently banned users may be kept indefinitely to prevent re-registration). B. Retention Based on Applicable Laws Records regarding contracts, withdrawal of subscriptions, and payments: 5 years. Records regarding consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years. Website/App visit logs: 3 months.

8. How We Destroy Information

Procedure: Information subject to destruction is identified and securely destroyed under the approval of our Privacy Officer. Data required to be kept under Section 7 is moved to a separate database and destroyed after the retention period expires. Method: Electronic files are securely erased to prevent recovery. Physical paper records are shredded or incinerated.

9. User Rights

Users can request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. These rights can be exercised directly through the 'Edit Profile' or 'Delete Account' features within the app. Exception: Requests for deletion may be denied if the information is explicitly required to be retained by law, or if it is necessary for the Company's legitimate defense (e.g., preventing fraud or chargeback abuse).

10. Location Data & Auto-Collection Tools

We use GPS data from your device to display distance to other users. For your protection, this data is only updated while you are actively using the app. You can deny location access at any time through your device's OS settings.

11. Security Measures

Encryption: Passwords and personal information are securely encrypted and managed. Hacking Prevention: We utilize regular backups, firewalls, and SSL protocols to prevent data leaks or damage from hacking and viruses. Access Control: Access to personal information is strictly limited to minimum necessary personnel, who undergo regular security training.
